Beef-sauced hot lettuce salad

Several times now, I’ve looked through the cookbook Beyond the Great Wall by Jeffrey Alford and Naomi Duguid, but I’ve never made any of the recipes. But here’s something that I’d like to make soon!!

Rather than type in the recipe, I found that someone else put it online with suggested improvements. And Naomi even left comments on his blog. How cool is that?

BTW, based on Naomi’s recommendation, I’m going to check out the Eating Asia blog…
